Pricing questions
Is this a subscription or a pack of credits?
It is a subscription. Each plan includes a set number of drops per billing period. There are no credits, prepaid balances or stored funds, and nothing is withdrawable.
Does my usage roll over?
No. The included drops are a service allowance for the current period and reset each cycle. Unused drops do not carry into the next period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for details.
Which currency am I billed in?
All plans are billed in US dollars (USD). Prices shown are the amounts Stripe charges.
